Pool Manufacturing


STEP 1 The initial mold of the pool before the manufacturing process.	STEP 2 The primary application of Gel Coat (standard color) or Crystite finish.	STEP 3 Vinyl Ester Resin is being added to provide greater impact resistance and optimum blister protection.

STEP 4 Viking's unique Ceramic Core is applied to add greater stiffness to the pool walls along with providing enhanced water resistance.	STEP 5 The final stages of every Viking pool includes the application of Resin and Hand Laid Fiberglass.	STEP 6 The finished pool is ready for shipment and installation.
